WHEN YOU'RE RUNNING ON EMPTY
Some days, you don't feel "burnt out"—you just feel hollow.
You're doing all the things—answering texts, showing up at work, praying before bed, trying to stay afloat… But somewhere between the trying and the surviving, you lost the energy to enjoy any of it.
It's not dramatic. It's just a quiet depletion. A slow fading of joy. A fog you can't quite name.
I know that place. The one where you start asking things like:
"What's wrong with me?"
"Why don't I feel connected to God right now?"
"When did life start feeling so heavy… and so loud… and so empty?"
Here's what I've learned—
There's nothing wrong with you.
You're human. You're worn. And you're not meant to carry all of this on your own.
Jesus never said, "Come to Me when you've got energy." He said, "Come to Me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28)
When your spirit is running on empty, you don't need a motivational speech. You need presence. God's presence.
You don't have to "get back on track" first. You just have to show up—tired, worn out, emotionally quiet—and say, "I'm here, Lord. I don't have much, but I'm here."
And He will meet you in that whisper.
Because He doesn't just refill the full. He revives the empty.
Much Love & Blessings,
Ramzi

Real Life Tips
Family Corner – You Don't Have to Be the Energetic One
You don't have to be the energetic one every day. Let the people you love see that you're human, too. That's not weakness—it's modeling grace. Your family needs your authentic presence more than your perfect performance.
Relationship Insight – Let Someone In
Text a friend and simply say, "I'm not okay, but I'm still here." The people who love you won't expect a version of you that doesn't exist. Sometimes the most healing thing is having someone witness your emptiness without trying to fix it.
Mental Health Minute – God Shows Up in the Fog
The fog you feel doesn't mean God is far. Sometimes His quiet presence shows up best when your thoughts stop trying to fix everything. Let your mind rest in the uncertainty—God's clarity doesn't depend on yours.
Financial Wisdom – Stewardship Includes Your Peace
If pressure and numbers are weighing you down, pause. Your value isn't measured in income or output. Sometimes the most faithful thing you can do is step back from financial anxiety and trust God with both your resources and your rest.
Physical Health – Rest Isn't Laziness When Your Soul Is Tired
That fatigue you feel isn't just physical. Don't beat yourself up for needing more rest, more sleep, more stillness. Your body and soul are connected—when one is depleted, both need care.
🌿 CLOSING THOUGHT
"You don't have to fill yourself up before coming to God. He specializes in empty vessels."
P.S. If you're reading this and feeling like you should be "better" by now—stop. God meets you exactly where you are, not where you think you should be. Your emptiness isn't a problem to solve—it's an invitation to receive.
P.S. A new kind of encouragement is coming soon...
