WHEN YOU'RE HOLDING ON BUT FEEL LIKE LETTING GO

Sometimes, the bravest thing you can do is just keep going.
Not with a loud voice. Not with a bold prayer.
But with a quiet, tired heart that says,
"God, I'm still here."

If that's you today, I need you to know—
You're not weak. You're not failing. You're not less spiritual because you're exhausted.

You're human.
And more than that—you're held.

Maybe you've been holding on to a promise…
A healing that hasn't come. A breakthrough that's taking longer than you thought.
A season that hasn't changed yet.

And maybe… you're starting to wonder if it ever will.

If you've prayed the same prayer more times than you can count…
If you've shown up for everyone else while wondering if anyone sees you…
If you've smiled through days that felt heavy…

God sees you.
And He's not just near when you're strong.
He's closest when you're hanging by a thread.

Psalm 34:18 says,
“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”

He's not standing on the other side of your breakthrough.
He's sitting beside you in the middle of it.

And when your strength gives out—His doesn't.

So hold on a little longer.
Not because everything's perfect.
But because He is.
And He’s not letting go of you.

Much Love & Blessings,

Ramzi

🙏 SUNDAY PRAYER

Lord,

I'm tired. I've tried to stay strong, but I'm at the edge of what I can carry.
Thank You that I don't have to hold it all—because You're already holding me.
When I feel like letting go, remind me that You never will.
Meet me in the quiet, in the in-between, in the places where I want to give up.
Give me grace for today and strength for just the next step.

In Jesus' name,

Amen.

WHERE THIS MEETS REAL LIFE

Let this truth move with you through the week—into the details, the relationships, the quiet places where real life happens.

Family Corner – You Don’t Have to Be the Strong One Every Day

If you've been carrying the emotional weight of your family, give yourself permission to step back and breathe. Let someone else help.

Say this out loud to your kids or spouse:
“I'm feeling a little heavy this week. Can we hold space for grace in our home?”

You don't need to be superhuman to be loved deeply.

Relationship Insight – Let Someone Know You're Tired

So often we wait until we break before we let others in.

If you're feeling at your limit, open the door gently:
“I'm still holding on, but I'm worn down. I could use some support right now.”

The right people won't run—they'll stay.

Mental Health Minute – When Struggling Still Counts as Strength

Struggling doesn't mean you're doing something wrong. It means you're still fighting.

This week, name what’s heavy and ask yourself:
What can I surrender instead of silently carrying?

Say this when the guilt creeps in:
“God's not ashamed of my struggle. He's right here in it.”

Financial Wisdom – When You're Trying, and It Still Feels Tight

Maybe you've been doing your best financially—budgeting, saying no to extras, staying disciplined. And still… it’s tight.

Don’t let that wear you down in shame. Let it bring you closer to the One who sees what no one else does.

Pause this week and pray:
“God, help me stay faithful even when I'm stretched.”

He honors consistency more than outcomes.

You know how I talk about God meeting us in the practical places? Well, sometimes that looks like having peace of mind about our pets' health costs. If you're already carrying a lot, this might be one worry you can prepare for instead of just hoping it doesn't happen.

Don’t let a surprise vet bill torpedo your budget

Routine vet checkups are rising, and some surgeries can cost as much as a holiday in Europe. Fortunately, pet insurance can help offset these unexpected costs. With some policies starting at $10 and reimbursing up to 90%, you can keep your pet healthy without sacrificing your savings.
